The resort has four restaurant options including multi-cuisine restaurant Zaika, the favourite local restaurant Konkan Spice, Whispering Palms and Spiritzz the lounge bar.

The three indoor banquet halls are the most modern in Ganpatipule. The Pearl, The Ruby and The Emerald offer an ideal venue for social and business events for up to 225 guests. The two poolside lawns are suitable for 300 guests.

Ratnagiri located at a distance of 28 kms offers many places of interest like the Ratnadurg Fort, Mandovi Bunder, Lokmanya Tilak’s Birthplace, Thibaw Palace and Ratnagiri Light House.

Ganpatipule is 5-7 hours by road from Mumbai, Pune and Goa. The main approach road is NH 17, with Hathkhamba the main landmark before turning off the highway towards Ganpatipule 30 kms away. The closest railway station is in Ratnagiri (28 kms); the closest airport is at Kolhapur (122 kms) and is easily accessible from the NH 17 highway.
